High quality streams require high quality WiFi. Make sure you have strong internet, a solid router and a good connection to your stick. It could also be the streaming source, so try a different 1080P stream if one is available. If all this checks out and you still have an issue, you may want to try a lower quality stream.
All remotes were in working order when the sticks were programmed with Cetacea. First check the batteries, they could be weak. If you still have an issue with fresh batteries, you can try to reconnect the remote by holding the Home button down for about 10 seconds.
If the commands you are giving the remote don’t seem to be translating correctly to your TV, the batteries may be weak. Try a fresh set of batteries before throwing the remote against the wall.
Unfortunately, not everything is on the internet. Prior to release in the theaters, streams will not usually be available. Occasionally there are older, rare shows or movies that cannot be found as well. We do recommend searching the Add-Ons for additional options if you are having difficulty finding a specific program.
The quality of Live TV is sub-par compared to pre-recorded streams, and therefore we do not promote this option. That being said, many live television channels are available in the various add-ons provided.
Although we cannot guarantee availability or quality, most PPV programs are available live as well as after the event.
We do NOT sell Cetacea on eBay, or any other online marketplace at this time. If you see a Cetacea device for sale at one of these locations, it is either fake or being resold.
